These Terms of Service (“Terms") govern your purchase and use of Boots to Cyber Academy training and related services (“Services"). By purchasing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Boots to Cyber Academy provides training content and access provisioning for enrolled students. After purchase, student access is provisioned by our team.

Purchases

Prices are shown on the purchase page. You agree to provide accurate information and to pay all charges incurred through your purchase method.

Provisioning and Access

Access is granted to the student(s) designated by the purchaser. If purchasing for multiple students, the purchaser must provide student names and email addresses to our team.

Refunds

Purchases may be refunded within five (5) business days of purchase provided that no students have been enrolled and training access has not been provisioned. Once student accounts are created or training access is granted, purchases are non-refundable. Duplicate or erroneous charges will be corrected promptly.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting to access accounts or systems without authorization, disrupting service operation, or sharing access credentials inappropriately.

Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is" and “as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boots to Cyber Academy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated" date will reflect the latest revision.
